While flexible and easy to use, you must not be misled by the belief that if you submit a claim missing required information, the carrier will simply fill it in. In this day and age of consolidating and task specific downsizing, it will be your responsibility to gather the information needed to complete your claim for submission and reimbursement.

    This responsibility rests with you and your patient or insured! If you want to be reimbursed in a timely manner , ask the right questions. Ask them at the onset of teatment, and double check the required information.
