Due to the overwhelming requests, we have enhanced our services by allowing you to mail, scan or electronically transmit ALL CURRENT Workers Compensation Bills and supporting documentation to IHCFA! This will allow you to utilize the EC-4 NARR as your SOLE BILL for ALL Workers Compensation and allow ALL your Workers Compensation bills to be sent to one address. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONLY THE EC-4 NARR CAN BE SENT TO THE NEW YORK WORKERS COMPENSATION BOARD ELECTRONICALLY.

Our Services . . .
 

1.	We will accept ALL CURRENT Workers Compensation bills, medical reports or supporting documentation and convert them to the new EC4-NARR.
2.	We will electronically transmit the EC-4 NARR bills and any supporting DOCUMENTS to the New York Workers Compensation Board which will confirm receipt of your bill.
3.	We will electronically transmit your bills and any supporting documentation to the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) which will confirm receipt of your bill.
4.	We will mail your EC-4 NARR bills, medical reports and supporting documentation to the Carrier listed on your bill if the bill cannot be electronically transmitted.
5.	You will receive automated e-mails which will notify you of any bills missing required information and/ or missing medical reports or supporting documents for your completion.

This service will allow you to purchase, develop and use only one form, the EC-4 NARR. If you have compared the new C-4 to the EC-4 NARR you will notice its simplicity. The EC-4 NARR will be accepted as your universal bill by ALL New York Workers Compensation Carriers.
