Electronic APTP Submission

The Attending Physicians Treatment Plan (APTP) is now live on iHCFA. Utilizing the on-line form will give Providers faster pre-certification information and feedback on the approval of their requested treatment plans. Access to the APTP is granted to all Providers who submit bills to iHCFA.

 AMR Certification

iHCFA, LLC is proud to announce that it has been certified by the New York Worker’s Compensation Board to submit the AMR electronically to the Board. iHCFA is the first and only company in the industry to be certified and approved by the New York Worker’s Compensation Board to submit both the EC4 AMR and EC4 NARR electronically. This will now allow providers such as Radiologists, Pathologists, Cardiologists and Diagnostic Services to submit the AMR directly to iHCFA from their existing medical billing systems.

NYSIF Accepts Electronic Submissions

iHCFA.com technology begins electronic Bill and Medical Report submission to the New York State Insurance Fund. Workers Compensation Radiology bills and Medical Reports for Atlantic Imaging of New York, P.C. are now being submitted electronically to the New York State Insurance Fund. NYSIF which selected Atlantic Imaging Group utilizing the technology of iHCFA.com to process bills and reports from providers and transmit them electronically to the Fund. Prior to submission the bills are compared to unique Benefit and Eligibility information and updated as applicable resulting in a bill that is automatically accepted by the Funds bill payment system. The process should virtually eliminate a bill missing information that would normally delay payment to the Provider. The new service is presently limited to bills submitted by providers using form CMS-1500, formerly known as HCFA-1500, or on a New York State Workers’ Compensation Board form C-4.

Utilizing iHCFA.com technology Atlantic Imaging Group, LLC began submitting Automobile bills, Medical Reports and supporting documents to Auto Injury Solutions. Company Vice President Robin Delgado stated “that Auto Injury Solutions is looking to differentiate itself and that electronic billing is another step toward this differentiation. The process will eliminate lost bills and Medical Reports and result in faster reimbursements to Providers.”
